H3™ is Hydration Labs' name for the three-part formulation approach behind every HYDRATE! flavor. It's not a separate ingredient or a clinical protocol — it's a straightforward way to describe what's actually in the product and why it's put together the way it is.

What it is: Four electrolytes — sodium (100mg), potassium (200mg), magnesium (20mg), and calcium (40mg) per serving — from citrate-based sources.

2. B-Vitamin Complex
