Electrolytes for Workouts
Who this is for
Anyone training regularly — gym sessions, group fitness, strength training, or sport practice — who wants to hydrate as seriously as they train, without added sugar or a caffeine crash layered on top of a workout.
When to use electrolytes around a workout
You can use HYDRATE! before a session to start hydrated, during longer or more intense workouts to replace what you're sweating out in real time, or after training to support recovery. There's no single required window — the goal is simply making sure your electrolyte intake keeps pace with your activity level.
Why hydration matters for exercise
Sweat carries sodium and potassium out of your body along with water. Replacing only the water, without the electrolytes, can leave you under-hydrated even if you're drinking plenty — which shows up as fatigue, cramping, or a workout that feels harder than it should.
Why sugar-free and caffeine-free matters here
Sugary sports drinks add calories you may not want post-workout, and caffeine isn't necessary if you're already training in the morning, at night, or want to avoid a stimulant on top of a hard effort. HYDRATE! gives you sodium, potassium, magnesium, and calcium plus a B-vitamin complex, with 0g sugar and 0mg caffeine.
How to use HYDRATE!
Mix one scoop (5.4g) with 16–24oz of cold water. Many people keep it lighter (closer to 24oz) during a workout and more concentrated (closer to 16oz) post-training.
Which flavor to try
Lemonade and Passion Fruit are popular during exercise for their crisp, refreshing taste; Peach Mango and Lychee work well post-workout as a lighter treat.
